The Chi Roll and Reverse Chi Roll are the fundamental building blocks of dragon staff movements. While there are many ways to explore rolling a dragon staff along your body without the use of chi rolls, comfort and proficiency in both the forward and reverse chi rolls is crucial to learning the vast majority of other dragon staff tricks.
